I am a student at Ōtaki College in Ōtaki, NZ. My blog is a place where I will be able to share some of my learning. Please note....some work won't be edited - they are just my first drafts, so there may be some errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas on my posts.

Holes by Louis Sachar
This term my classroom read the book Holes, we also done some activities. It starts of with Stanley Yelnats walking back home when a pair of shoes dropped on his head, he looked up and seen nothing but the bridge, so he picked up the shoes and started to walk back home again, he heard police sirens coming after him so he ran but the police caught up to him. The next day he went to the judge where they gave him 2 choices jail or Camp Green Lake and he picked Camp Green Lake.
I liked all the activities that we have done. My favourite activity was the sign saying You are entering Camp Green Lake. I have done my activity with to of my friends, Jaye and Lexi. We spent a lot of time on the letters and on colour, the photo is in the slide.
My favourite character is Zero because of how smart he is. Zero is a fast thinker and is really good with maths but struggles with reading and writing. I think Zero is one of the best characters in the book and movie. If you haven't seen the movie you should watch it.
